About the product

SPRINT is an Android mobile application for itinerant engineers that allows:

• Engineer's work with requisitions: monitoring, creating, closing, writing off time, drawing up reports, etc.
• Track your productivity, expenses and planned salary on the main dashboard.
• Achievements and rankings amongst other engineers in a gamification format.
• Conducting surveys and testing of engineers.
• Online chat with support, customizations and other minor sections.

Help Desk portal - a website for operators, managers and supervisors similar in functionality to the SPRINT mobile application, which in addition to the functionality described above allows:

• Monitor the online status of requests on a map and immediately assign engineers to the busiest areas.
• Create surveys and tests for engineers.
• Schedule cases in the built-in task scheduler, etc.

• Designed a desktop Help Desk portal for operators, managers and supervisors.
